2) Approval of Minutes — July 27, 2021 and August 19, 2021
3) HCRRB's Audit Committee increase in members
4) Update on legal opinion from regarding HCRRB's right to
amend employers share of health insurance
5) Update on the corrective action plan and PERAC's
current audit. Powers and Sullivan update.
6) Review overtime policy
7) Review 1099 policy
8) Review w-9 policy
9) Review Travel Policy
10) Review Cash management procedures- PRIT fund investment

11) Review development of Audit Committee Procedures
The Board Reserves the right to consider items on the agenda out of order. The listing of matters is those reasonably anticipated by the Chair, which may be discussed at the meeting at least (48) hours prior to the meeting. Not all items listed may in fact be discussed and other items not listed may also be brought up for discussion to the extent permitted by law. Items identified for discussion in Executive Session may be conducted in open session in addition to or in lieu of discussion in Executive Session.

The Hampden County Regional Retirement Board is pleased to announce that at its regular monthly meeting held on April 29, 2021 the Board voted to grant a 3% Cost of Living increase on the first $18,000.00 of retirement income effective July 1, 2021 for those retirees and beneficiaries of the System who retired on or before June 30, 2020. The maximum increase for any retiree/beneficiary who receives more than $18,000.00 per year will be $540.00 per year. The additional amount will be $45.00 per month. This increase will be reflected in the retirement allowance payment issued on July 31, 2021.
